Description: This is the second option to submit new population data and haplotypes.
There are five easy steps to do:

1. Download the template file (normal or haplotype)
2. Fill out the template file
3. Save / export as .csv file (element '' must surround the values)
4. Press Browse-Button and select the csv file
5. Press Submit-Button, to submit the file
